It says "The Pure Cambridge Edition of the KJV has “spirit” here with the “s” in lowercase, thus signifying a human spirit and not the Holy Spirit."
This is incorrect that the word "spirit" just indicates the human spirit. The word spirit lower case still indicates the work of the Holy Ghost into the human spirit. See also other examples of God's work called "spirit", like 1 Cor. 2:12, 2 Cor. 3:6 and 1 John 4:6.
